32×32 sprites generated from a locked trait sheet. Images + metadata pin to IPFS at reveal. On-chain renderer is the next contract revision, not a blocker for mint.
Is there a token?
Not at mint. If the room holds, $TAPE is cosmetics and league entries — not equity.
Royalties?
5% requested via EIP-2981. We do not pretend every market will pay it.
